Every item from fiery sambals to aromatic gravies and sauces are all made from scratch in-house.

Matt joined our team in 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience as a professional chef and food technologist. Having lived in Singapore previously, Matt’s professionalism seamlessly blends with the heart and soul of our traditional fare, ensuring every dish is as authentic as it is exceptional. His expertise blend perfectly with Han’s heartfelt approach, ensuring every dish is made to perfection.
